About PCAPIA
The Pacific Coast Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (PCAPIA) was founded in 1978 to unite public adjusters and industry supporters throughout California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Hawaii in advancing the public insurance adjusting profession.Public adjusters are licensed professionals who exclusively represent policyholders in documenting, filing, and negotiating insurance claims to secure the maximum available settlement. Unlike insurance company adjusters, they owe a fiduciary duty solely to their clients.
PCAPIA members are committed to the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and client advocacy.
