The November 11-12, 2024 PCAPIA Annual Meeting takes place at the
Courtyard Marriott Marina del Rey in Marina del Rey, CA.
The conference begins after the Appraiser & Umpire Certification Course with a one-hour "Members Only" gathering followed by a reception for all registrants. It continues on day two with professional education seminars and a membership meeting. Registration includes up to 10 CE credits plus exhibits, breakfast, breaks, lunch and reception.

Members registered for the Annual Meeting are invited to join their peers for a special gathering on November 11 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm featuring industry experts and thought leaders to gain exclusive insights, network with fellow members, and share valuable knowledge.
Attendees will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure confidentiality of sensitive information that may be shared.
Cancellation: A full (100%) refund of all seminar registration fees will be applied to cancellations received up to two weeks before the event. A fifty percent (50%) refund will be issued for notifications received between one and two weeks before the first day. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within a week of the event.
